We are happy to announce the online publication of the SYSTEMA (SYSTEMA Project -Funded under the Erasmus+ KA2- 2020-1-IT02-KA204-080082) training course course!

Together with our prestigious European partners, we have developed a training program aimed at educators, managers and students with the aim of introducing the Systems Thinking approach applied to two fundamental topics for the development of the next generations: Digital Transformation ( DigTx) and sustainable Development (SusDev).

Indeed, thanks to Systems Thinking, it is possible to grasp the complexity, interdependence and dynamism of all these systems and subsystems that are hidden within DigTx and SusDev, thus allowing to transform an organization in an effective and sustainable way, remodeling its internal processes and interactions with external stakeholders in a sustainable way, both for the organization and for the environment.

The course will therefore allow you to learn, or improve your skills as innovators, thus being able to reap the benefits deriving from the change of a thinking paradigm (think differently). You will be able to apply Systems Thinking to Sustainable Development and Digital Transformation, two key topics of today's development deeply connected by the need for change of modern organizations.

The course consists of 3 different parts:

1) Systems Thinking Module, where the basic foundation and notions of Systems Thinking are described. It is mandatory to follow this course in order to fully understand the following material.

2) Systems Thinking on Digital Transformation Module, where it is shown how even simple models can assist managers and policy makers.

3) Systems Thinking on Sustainable Development Module, where students can learn how to use models to achieve Sustainable Development for their organisations.

EDUCATIONAL PATHS

In order to fully exploit the advantages of the course, there are three educational paths that each student could take:

Educational Path 1: Systems Thinking Module+ Systems Thinking on Digital Transformation Module. These two Modulesare designed to be helpful for those who are more interested in the Digital Transformation of their organization.

Educational Path 2: Systems Thinking Module+ Systems Thinking on Sustainable Development Module. These two Modules are designed to be helpful for those who are more interested in the Sustainable Development of their organization

Educational Path 3: Systems Thinking Module+ Systems Thinking on Digital Transformation Module+ Systems Thinking on Sustainable Development Module. This is the learning plan that provides a full overview of how Systems Thinking can be a valuable tool for managers and policy makers.
